Touch work

Touchwork may be especially helpful if you are experiencing:

•   Chronic stress or anxiety

•   Developmental or childhood trauma

•   Persistent freeze, shutdown, or collapse responses

•   Physical pain or autoimmune conditions connected to long-term stress

Touchwork focuses on the body’s innate ability to heal when given the right conditions. Rather than forcing change, it gently supports the nervous system in completing patterns that may have been interrupted by trauma. It helps strengthen internal “resources”—areas in the body that feel calm, stable, or neutral—so you can better navigate and integrate more activated or overwhelmed sensations.
